We can use this formula to solve this question:

The change in y is 4 and the change in x is 5 so we can get the gradient as 4/5. We can then substitute this into y=mx+c
y=4/5x+c
5 = 12/5+c
5 = 2.4+c
c=2.6
We then get the equation as y=4/5x+2.6
