To solve this problem, we need to first find out how many minutes it is from 7.52 to 8.00 which gives us an answer of 8, then add 1 hour, then another 21 minutes to get to 9.21. 8 minutes plus 1 hour is 1 hour and 8 minutes, then 1 hour and 8 minutes plus 21 minutes is 1 hour and 29 minutes and that is our answer
