Flipping a fair coin

I flip a fair coin that has the number 3 on one side and the number 7 on the other side. At the same time a roll a fair four sided dice that has the numbers 1 to 4 on it. Then I add the two numbers. If I do this 50 times how many times would you expect me to get a total of 7?

Comments

  1. If you look at the probability of each, you will see that the probability of getting a sum of 7 is a 1/8 chance. Now id we multiply this by 50, we get around 6 as our answer
