    Well, if we consider that all five felt tip pens are blue and 3 felt tip pens are red. We have the last blank of the sentence:
    There are between ___________________ and 5 blue felt tip pens.
    Now we want the smallest amount that blue can have. This would mean that we need to give red all five pens as felt tip leaving us with three blue pens. This gives us the sentence:
    There are between 3 and 5 blue felt tip pens.
